Daimler Trucks North America announced a new online configurator tool intended to make spec’ing the Freightliner M2 106 medium-duty truck easier.
The program, accessed through Freightliner’s website, includes available choices for dump, box van, utility and tow applications, with more options to be added, according to Portland, Ore.-based DTNA.
Users can select everything from interior seating options and upholstery to grille style, mirror options and powertrains. Customers also can use the configurator tool to spec the Class 8 Freightliner Cascadia. — Transport Topics
