ARLINGTON, Va. — A jet carrying 60 passengers and four crew members collided Jan. 29 with an Army helicopter carrying three soldiers around 9 p.m. EST while landing at Ronald Reagan National Airport near Washington.

The addition brings to 21 the total number of crash types included in the program, according to a Dec. 3 announcement from FMCSA.
