The Decatur City Council on May 21 unanimously approved a first-of-its-kind development agreement for a new Love’s Travel Stop & Country Store.

Love’s Travel Stops has opened a travel stop in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, along U.S. Highway 412 focused on drivers operating in eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
