The California Trucking Association is ending its yearslong legal battle against the state’s controversial AB 5 worker reclassification law.

Federal trucking regulators  confirmed they plan to consider a request by the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association seeking a rulemaking on broker-shipper pricing transparency.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has granted the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association’s motion for leave to intervene in the court case about the updated federal hours-of-service regulations.
