Component maker Dana Holding Corp. said Thursday its second-quarter income jumped from a year ago and the company raised its earnings outlook for the year.

Component maker Dana Holding Corp. said Wednesday its first-quarter loss narrowed and that it had positive adjusted net income excluding certain charges.

About 2,500 United Auto Workers members ratified a new three-year labor contract with truck and auto components maker Dana Holding Corp., the union said.
